Crafting the Future of Maui Agriculture
We are proud to be the first commercial olive oil producer in Hawaii, not only because we enjoy what we do, but also because we care about the future of Maui and the environment.
Much of our food, including olive oil is shipped across the Pacific burning fossil fuel at a great expense on the environment. We are excited to be making a difference by locally growing olives and milling oil on Maui.
It is our sincere hope that our breakthrough in producing Hawaii’s first commercial extra-virgin olive oil will help grow sustainable agriculture in the Hawaiian Islands, stem the tide of development and keep our islands green for future generations.
